My decision to change my eating changed my life. Switching to a whole foods plant-based diet free of refined sugars and flours was one of the best decisions I ever made  and the benefits were more than skin deep. Better hair and skin and fitting into my favorite jeans were definitely pretty sweet benefits from my new lifestyle, but the renewed consciousness with which I approached cooking, relationships, and wellness were the greatest gifts it gave me.

Every body is different and has different needs. Mine sent me very clear signals about what worked and what didn’t and I encourage you to let yours do the same. I consciously choose to live this way every because I love the way I feel. You don’t have to change everything about the way you eat or spend your whole paycheck on expensive ingredients in order to feel the benefits of wellness eating. What I love about my delicious recipes is that they are beautiful to look at, easy to make and don’t break the bank!

There are so many wellness leaders that continue to inspire me and teach me. I wanted to share some of my favorite films, books, cookbooks, and blogs to help you learn with me as we continue on a journey to better health together.
